If you get asked if you fancy a wee trip to Berlin to catch The Temperance Movement the obvious answer is ‘Yes’. I have seen the lads perform a couple of sessions at Tenement TV, which were fantastic, however their live stage performance was absolute dynamite. The Lido venue is a fantastic setting for a gig, essentially a good sized hall with a regular sized stage you’d find in any club/bar venue in Glasgow. It boasts a large mirror ball though still no where near the gigantic number at the ABC. The band themselves were absolutely fantastic, they owned the place, ripped it up with lead singer Phil’s electric/contagious energy the crowd could only oblige and let loose.
